Client Onboarding & Regulatory Services (CORS) is an Operations function within the Institutional Securities Group Product Operations (ISGPO) and is responsible for regulatory client onboarding, refresh and screening. KYC Refresh supports a number of regulatory compliance requirements specified by our local/global regulators and provide rigorous and robust process of investigation that seeks, with reasonable assurance, to verify and validate the customer's identify and business.

The Refresh Team is responsible for managing the refresh program across global jurisdictions, including increased capacity to deliver tailored metrics-oriented solutions across CORS. The team partners with closely with Global Financial Crimes, Legal and Compliance, internal/external stakeholders to contribute to the success of the refresh Program.

This position is for a Data Analyst role. The candidate will be responsible for collation, analysis and presentation of data to assist streamline processes and assist operational aims within the PSM team and CORS. These will be directed through the broader Operations Demand Management Process in a Kanban and Agile compliant process.

QUALIFICATIONS


Skills required:
  • Time Management in demanding environments
  • Close analysis of data sources, reports to create actionable insights and predictions
  • Excellent internal communication skills
  • Expertise in data visualisation, visual grammar, report generation using visualisation suites such as Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView etc
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong mathematics skills (e.g. statistics, algebra)
  • Understanding of relational database structure and queries
  • General IT skills
  • Knowledge of statistics and use of statistical packages or programming languages for analysing datasets (R, Python Excel, SPSS, SAS etc) preferred


Experience:
  • Qualified at degree level in a computer science, mathematics, physics or similar quantitative field, or equivalent industry experience
  • Previous experience in a MI/reporting delivery role will be prefferable
  • Experience as a Data Analyst preferred
  • Experience in a corporate environment preferred
